The Freshman Leadership Council (FLC) is an introductory leadership program that provides first-year students with resources, assessments, and skills to become successful leaders at KU. First-year students who are selected will meet weekly throughout the spring semester to build upon their leadership strengths and gain new skills and techniques necessary for leadership. Participation will provide the opportunity to connect with campus and community leaders and enhance your KU experience.  FLC takes place during the Spring semester.
