Sophomore Leadership Challenge

The Sophomore Leadership Challenge (SLC) follows the Kouzes and Posner Student Leadership Challenge program through weekly workshops based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. This model is a clear, evidence-based path to help students achieve the extraordinary-for individuals, teams, organizations, and communities. It turns the abstract concept of leadership into easy-to-grasp practices and behaviors that can be taught; anyone who is willing to step up and accept the challenge to lead can learn them.

SLC will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 4:00pm – 5:30pm beginning on September 28, 2016- December 7, 2016  Applications are available at: https://rockchalkcentral.ku.edu/form/start/108502
