Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled event will be not be refunded. Cancellations made prior to 31 days of the scheduled event will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Clients will only receive half of their deposit refunded if they choose to cancel.
Ceremony cancellations must be submitted in writing and signed by the person(s) that made the reservation. Please allow 6-8 weeks for refund of the reservation fee and one-two weeks for the refund of the cleaning deposit.
Changes to the scheduled time reserved for a wedding must be submitted in writing and signed by the bride and/or groom that made the reservation. Changes to other events must be signed by the contact person. It is acceptable to send changes via fax to 785-864-4595. In cases of rescheduling, we will attempt to accommodate your needs, but please be aware that the schedule fills up quickly and there may not be enough flexibility to allow changes.
